Document Upload Privacy Guarantee

We understand that the study notes and PDF documents you upload may contain personal or sensitive study materials. We guarantee that your uploaded PDF files are never stored on our servers, and they are never sold to or shared with third parties.

1. How We Process PDF Uploads

When you use the "Upload PDF" feature in the MockMaster AI tool:

Local Processing: The extraction of text from your PDF file happens locally directly within your web browser using PDF.js. Your actual PDF file is never transmitted to our servers.
Temporary AI Context: Only the extracted text is securely sent to our AI service solely for the purpose of generating your customized mock test questions.
No Retention: The extracted text is processed transiently and is discarded immediately after your test questions are generated. We do not retain, store, or archive the text from your documents.

2. Information We Collect

Aside from temporary text extraction for the AI tool, we collect the following information:

Newsletter Subscriptions: If you opt-in to our newsletter, we securely store your email address to send you exam updates and articles. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Comments: If you leave comments on our blog articles, the name and comment text you provide are stored in our database for public display.

3. Data Usage & Sharing
